Every time you engage Gateway Solutions to make any changes to your system, our corporate policy demands that you receive adequate turnover documentation. This consists of a description of the project, a list of all modules that were changed, and why, a list of modules to be compiled and bound, installation instructions, symptoms/key items to monitor, and complete backout procedures should it be necessary. We can also provide documentation for your existing system, and any changes that have already been made, ystem, acceptance, and regression test scripts, user documentation, operations documentation, functional and detailed design specifications.
