Now, from Gateway Solutions Inc. comes a way to instantly look at your entire network, and immediately know where the problems are, before receiving phone calls from you stores. It can let you know if there is a problem at the store, other than just a communication line drop, such as excessive declined transactions, or little or no on-line activity (due to store stand in). It can also alert you to problems with your outside debit, credit, and ebt networks as well by showing excessive declined transactions (problems with one or more authorizing banks behind the network), excessive response times ( a network slow down), or minimal transaction volumes. It can monitor your Point of Sale, Point of Banking and ATM machines, each in their own way, all at the same time. We provide a user friendly graphical user interface, which means little or no training, and allows one person to do the job of many, drastically increasing productivity. As shown in the screen above, devices are separated by type, and alert levels are obvious at a glance.
