Support Services

At Gateway Solutions, we offer a wide variety of support services. This can take the form of simply being an occasional adviser at the low end, to complete 7 x 24 hour support at the high end. We have the flexibility to tailor a support program to meet the needs of your unique individual situation. Based upon your relative experience with the system, your level of comfort with supporting it using internal resources may vary widely. We strive to make our customers as independent and self sufficient as possible. We believe it is in everyones' best interest for you to know you are in control of your own destiny and capable of supporting your own system. In some instances it may make sense to provide little or no internal support at all. We understand these situations and can provide complete support for both problem resolution as well as further enhancements.
